Problem Note 41740: Rolling total function for period to date might not work in localized environments

The Rolling Total (period to date) function might not work properly in non-English environments. This problem can occur in Java web applications such as SAS® Web Report Studio and the Visual Data Explorer. The problem is caused by the fact that the word "All" is not translated properly when referring to the All member of an OLAP level.
